Hello everyone. My name is Roger. I’m from Avià, a small village near Berga. I was born in Berga and I study there, in the high school Guillem de Berguedà. I’m 14 years old and I have not any siblings. My family is composed by my father, my mother and I. We live in a beautiful house and we have not pets. I like hang out with my friends and having fun. I’m very interested in your culture and your language. I have seen many photos and I like Denmark a lot, it’s a beautiful country. I like Kobenhavn a lot too.

I like sport, go to the cinema and meet my friends. I like music too, I play the piano and the troumpet. I love go shopping with my mother and I love travel around the world too. But I think that my favourite activity is ride on hore, because I love horses. My hair is brown, I’m tall and my eyes are brown too.

Hello, my name is Irene Grau Noël and I'm 15 years old. I live in Berga and I have always lived in Berga. I have a brother older than me, he's 17 years old. I don't have any pet but I want a dog. Thanks to the school I could meet new people because all my friends of my primary school went to a private school and I went to another, so I could meet new people. But the new people I met have became my friends, and some of them have became my best friends. My hobbies are playing the piano, do sport, go out with my friends, skating... In Berga there's a celebration called Patum, this celebration lasts 5 days and on those days, we don't go to school. For me and for more people is the best celebration in the world. I’m Judit Martín Duarte.

I live in Berga, a small city that is surrounded by mountains and it has got a lot of vegetation. In Berga we’ve la Patum. The most part of us, “els Berguedans” love Patum.

I’m 14 years old. I’ve one sister older than me, she’s called Laura. My parent’s name is Queralt and José Manuel.

Now I’m going to the high school in third of ESO.  My favourite subject at the high school is English. I’m not very pleased at study, but I think that for a future it’s necessary.

My principal hobby is swimming.  On Saturday morning I always go swimming with my sister above an hour. I like dance too, but I’m not as good as swim at dance.  It think dance is funny and it’s a way to disconnect of study and these things. 

I hate insects and I don’t like animals. I’m afraid of dogs and spiders. So I prefer going holidays to the beach or a city but not in the mountain.

Finally, I really like travel and my dream apart from meet a famous called Mario Casas is travel around the world.  So far I haven’t had the opportunity to travel abroad, and I want to travel a lot when I’m big enough.

Yo vivo en Berga, una pequeña ciudad que está rodeada de montañas y tiene mucha vegetación. En Berga tenemos la Patum. La mayor parte de nosotros, "los Berguedans" nos encanta la Patum.

Tengo 14 años. Tengo una hermana mayor que yo, ella se llama Laura. El nombre de mis padres es Queralt y José Manuel.

Ahora voy a la escuela de secundaria en el tercer curso de ESO. Mi materia favorita en el instituto es el inglés. No estoy muy satisfecho de estudiar, pero creo que para un futuro es necesario.

Mi afición principal es la natación. El sábado por la mañana siempre voy a nadar con mi hermana aproximadamente durante  una hora. Me gusta bailar, pero yo no soy tan buena  como en nadar en el baile. Creo que el baile es divertido y es una forma de desconectar de los estudios y esas cosas.

Odio a los insectos y no me gustan los animales. Tengo miedo de los perros y arañas. Así que prefiero ir a la playa de vacaciones o en una ciudad, pero no en la montaña.

Por último, me gusta mucho viajar y mi sueño aparte de conocer a un famoso llamado Mario Casas es viajar por todo el mundo. Hasta ahora no he tenido la oportunidad de viajar al extranjero, por eso cuando se mayor voy a viajar mucho.

I live with my parents and my brother. His name is Biel and he is 12 years old. We have got a pet, a turtle.

Hi! My name is Eloi Pey and I'm 15 years old. I live in Berga, a little city in Catalonia. I love Berga for her principal festivity, Patum. I've got only one sister. She is called Mª Queralt, and she is 4 years old. My father is called Ramon and my mother, Irene. My principal hobby is music, drums specifically. But I' love the sports and the gamer live.

 I play drums since I had 5 years. Now, I play drums in some different groups. I think that my first group was the Berga's Big Band, and  later, I was adding more groups with my friends. My dream isn't to be a famous drummer, only enjoy the music any play for a lot of years.

I love go out with my friends and enjoy every moment whith them. I love meet new people too.

Hola! Mi nombre es Eloi Pey y tengo 15 años.Vivo en Berga, una pequeña ciudad en Cataluña. Me encanta Berga por su fiesta principal, la Patum. Solo tengo una hermana. Toco la batería desde que tenia 5 años. Ahora, toco la batería en algunos grupos diferentes. Mi sueño no es ser un batería famoso, simplemente disfrutar de la música y tocar durante muchos años.

Queralt

Hi! My name is Queralt and I’m 14. On may I’m going to be 15. I live in Berga and I love it.  My parents are divorced, it’s for this that I can’t say than I live in a concrete house, considering that I live in a different house every week. One week whit my dad, and other week  whit my mum. I have a young sister, Laia. She is 9, and on may is going to be 10. We do the birthday on the same month.

I go to the Institut Guillem de Berguedà, in Berga. After school  I do a lot of activities. Some days I go to the music school, I play the flute and the guitar. I have play the flute since I was very young, and the guitar it’s the second years that I play.  In the music school also I do an activity that consist of play whit other musicians, sometimes we improvise music and it’s very funny! During the week I also go to English Time, it’s a school where you learn English. I think it’s very important. And to finish, I play basketball in the team of the town. I play whit my friend and we love it. Every weekend we have a basketball match. For the moment we are one of the best teams of the competition that we play.

Hola! Me llamo Queralt i tengo 14 años. Em mayo voy a hacer 15 años. Vivo en Berga i me encanta. Mis padres están divorciados , y por esto no puedo decir que vivo en una casa concreta, ya que vivo en una casa distinta cada semana. Una semana com mi padre y otra con mi madre. Tengo una hermana pequeña, Laia. Tiene 9 años, y en mayo hará 10. Las dos hacemos el cumpleaños en el mismo mes.

Voy al Institut Guillem de Berguedà, en Berga. Después de la escuela hago muchas actividades. Algunos días voy a la esuela de música, yo toco la flauta i la guitarra. La flauta la toco des de que era pequeña y la guitarra es el segundo año que la toco. En la escuela de música también hago una actividad que consiste en tocar con otros músicos, a veces improvisamos y es muy divertido! Durante la semana también voy al English Time, una escuela en la que aprendes inglés. Pienso que aprendes inglés es muy importante. Y por acabar, juego a básquet con el equipo de la ciudad. En el equipo también están mis amigas y nos lo pasamos muy bien. Cada fin de semana tenemos partido de básquet. De momento somos uno de los mejores equipos de la liga en que jugamos.

Hi, my name is Alba Flores Freire. I’m fourteen years old and I’m from Berga. Berga is a wonderful small town! Here we have amazing landscapes and a very funny festivity, Patum. A lot of people from here love it and all of us are all the year waiting for it.

I’m not very tall. I’ve blue eyes, I haven’t got glasses and I’ve got blond and curly hair.

My mum’s name is Mari Carmen, and my dad’s name is Pedro. I’ve got two siblings. My brother’s name is Ismael, he’s got 37 years old. My sister’s name is Silvia, she’s 35 years old. Both of them have one daughter each one. They are so cute! They are one and three years old! The oldest is Maria and the smallest is Ona. I love them so much!

I haven’t got any pets but I love animals.

My favorite subject is art, I love drawing and painting.

I love swimming and go to the swimming pool or to the beach in summer.

I can’t live without music! I’m always listening music! I love rock and roll and ska! I like rap, “rumba” and hip hop, too. I study music in a musical school, too. I play the piano since I was five years old and I have played the saxophone for one year.

In my life I want to study a lot of careers and learn a lot of culture. I want to be a musician and travel around the world.

Hola, me llamo Alba Flores Freire. Tengo catorce años y soy de Berga. Berga es una ciudad pequeña maravillosa! Tenemos unos paisajes increíbles y una fiesta muy divertida, la Patum. Mucha gente de aquí les encanta y todos estamos todo el año esperando.

No soy muy alta. Tengo los ojos azules, no tengo gafas y tengo el pelo rubio y rizado.

Hello! My name is Nicole Coma.

I’m 14 years old and I’m from Guayaquil, a little beautiful town in Ecuador, but now I live in Avià because I have my family here. I’m in Avià since I was 4 years old. I have one sister, she is 7 years old.

I’m not quite tall but I’m thin, with curly dark hair and brown eyes. I usually wear jeans and boots and I don’t usually wear skirts or dresses.

I love to hang out with my friends and I like to talk to all the people. I like going shopping and trying on clothes, but sometimes I can’t found the clothes I like. I hate to watch sport on TV because I always get angry with the players. I love dancing, but I don’t know.

I’m a little crazy but I can understand and help my friends when every time they need me. I think I’m funny and a nice person, but sometimes I’m shy to speak with unknown people.

However, sometimes I get angry easily and I’m little bossy. When I’ve had a really bad day, I can shout at you, but few minutes later, I apologize to you.

My wish is to travel all over the world and visit a lot of countries and take a lot of photos of buildings, monuments and scenery important and beautiful.

Tengo 14 años y soy de Guayaquil, una pequeña y bonica ciudad de Ecuador, pero vivo en Avià porque tengo mi familia aquí. Vivo en Avià des de que tengo 4 años. Tengo una hermana, tiene 7 años.

Me encanta salir con mis amigos y hablar con toda la gente. Me gusta ir de compras i probarme ropa, pero a veces no encuentro las cosas que me gustan. Odio mirar los deportes por la televisión porque me enfado con los jugadores. Me encanta bailar, pero  no sé. 

Estoy un poco loca pero entiendo i ayudo a mis amigos muy bien cuando me necesitan. Pienso que soy una persona divertida y simpática, pero a veces soy tímida para hablar con personas desconocidas. Sin embargo, a veces tengo mal carácter y soy un poco mandona. Cuando tengo un mal día, puedo gritarte, pero minutos después, te pido disculpas.

Mi deseo es viajar por todo el mundo visitando muchas ciudades y haciendo fotos a los edificios, monumentos y paisajes importantes i bonitos.

Hello! My name is Veronica. I’m 14 years old, my birthday is on the 23th of June. I live in a small town, Berga. I have a brother, Adrian. He is 18 years old. All my family is from Madrid, but my brother and I are from here Berga. I love go out with my friends to the cinema or go for a walk, I like to have a great time with they. My hobbit is swimming. I swim in competitions, in Berga and in other countries near Berga. I go swimming three days a  week. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, a half an hour. In the club are people from all de ages and we are like a family. I swim in competitions some Saturdays. I would like to be a great champions swimmer in the future. I love do sport. I don’t have any pets at home, but I love them a lot! I had a dog, but it was very old, and it died. I live in a flat in the center of Berga. It’s very comfortable because it’s near of all the places. My favorite’s subjects in school are Spanish, Catalan and English, I love the languages! I would like to do this changing, because I think that is a very funny experience, and I love meet new people around the world. We had a Swedish boy at home, and we like it very much! I am very funny and I’m always very happy. I love all my friends and I like to have funny times with all of them. I love the chocolate and the ice creams too. A typical dish in my country is bred with tomato. In the future I would like to be a lawyer, because I like the justice and the human’s rights, I think that obey the rules are very important. Hola! Mi nombre es Verónica. Tengo 14 años, mi cumpleaños es el 23 de Junio. Vivo en una pequeña ciudad, Berga. Tengo un hermano, Adrian. Tiene 18 años. Toda mi familia es de Madrid, pero mi hermano y yo somos de Berga. Me gusta salir con mis amigos, ir al cine o a dar un paseo, me gusta pasar un buen rato con ellos. My hobby es nada. Nado en competiciones en Berga i en pueblos cerca de Berga. Voy a nadar tres días a la semana, el lunes, el miércoles y el viernes una hora y media. En el club hay gente de todas las edades y somos como una familia. Nado en competiciones algunos sábados.  En el futuro me gustaría ser una buena nadadora. Me encanta el deporte. No tengo ningún animal en casa, pero los adoro! Tenía un perro, pero era muy viejo y se murió. Vivo en un piso en el centro de Berga. Es muy confortable porqué está cerca de todos los sitios de Berga. Mis asignaturas preferidas en el instituto son el catalán, el español y el inglés, me encantan los idiomas. Me gustaría hacer este intercambio porque pienso que es una experiencia muy divertida y me encanta conocer gente de todo el mundo. Tuvimos un sueco en casa, y nos gustó mucho. In my family there are four members, my mother, my father and my brother, who’s five years older than me. I live with them but now my brother is living in Barcelona because he’s studying music there. I also like music, so I study music in a music school, here in Berga. I play the obo.

I love animals particularly the dogs; unfortunately I haven’t got any pet, because my parents don’t want it.

My name is Lídia Pujols Rey. I’m fourteen years old. I was born on thirty June 1998. I live in Avià. Avià is a little village of about two thousand people. Avià is five minutes from Berga. I live with my father (Climent), my mother (Jordina) and my brother (Enric). My brother is five years older than me. My grandparents live in Avià (Josep and Lídia) and the others in a farm (Enric and Montserrat). I like go to my grandparent’s home because he lives in the nature. When I go there I can touch a different farm animal.  I have six uncles and six aunts. And I also have ten cousins. I have a great-grandmother (Pilar). My favorite animal is the dog: I have a dog and her name is Nuc. But the dog is not only my favorite animal; I like horses, rabbits and birds. Wednesday afternoon I go to make ceramic.  This is my only activity in the afternoon. My hobbies are many. Some hobbies are: walking the dog, walking in the mountains, feed the dog, listen music (Catalan music), playing with tablet, chat with friend on Facebook, cook, meet with my friends, and clean my room… I like very much the kids, I like play them and I like to learn things.  I study in high school Guillem de Berguedà. This high school is in Berga. I go to high school with bus. The classes begin at 8 o’clock in the morning, and stop at 2:35 in the afternoon. Then I go to home and I lunch. In the afternoon I do homework. When I finish my homework I help my parents. At nine in the evening I have dinner. At ten or eleven in the night I go to sleep. I get up at seven o’clock in the morning. The weekend I go to visit my grandparents and I meet with my friends. I will study childhood education. Catalonia is my country. The typical food of Catatonia is “Pa amb Tomàquet” (Bred with tomato). The typical dance is the Sardana. For the Christmas holidays I do a Pessebre. In 24TH of December we have a typical tradition; that is “caga tió”. In these holidays we have many presents. This is my live and this is my presentation. I hope you like it.

Avià está a cinco minutos de Berga. Yo vivo con mi padre (Climent), mi madre (Jordina) y mi hermano (Enric). Mi hermano tiene cinco años más que yo. Mis abuelos viven en Avià (Josep y Lídia) y otros que viven en una masía (Enric y Montserrat). Tengo seis tíos y seis tías. Tengo diez primos. Finalmente tengo una bisabuela (Pila). Mi animal preferido es el perro: yo tengo un perro llamado Nuc. Pero el perro no es mi único animal preferido, me gustan los caballos, los conejos y los pájaros.  El miércoles por la tarde voy a cerámica. Esta es mi única actividad que hago por la tarde. Mis hobbies son muchos. Algunos hobbies son: pasear el perro, caminar por las montañas, alimentar el perro, escuchar música (música catalana), jugar con la tableta electrónica, chatear con los amigos en el Facebook, cocinar, encontrar-me con mis amigos, limpiar la habitación… Me gustan mucho los niños pequeños, jugar con ellos y que aprendan nuevas cosas. Yo estudio en el instituto de secundaria Guillem de Berguedà. Este instituto es en Berga. Yo voy al instituto con el autocar. Las clases empiezan a las 8 de la mañana, y terminan a las 2:35 del mediodía. Llego en casa y luego almuerzo. Por la tarde hago los deberes. Cuando termino mis deberes, ayudo a mis padres. A las nueve de la noche cenamos. Entre las diez y las once de la noche voy a dormir. Me levanto a las siete de la mañana. El fin de semana voy a visitar mis abuelos y también me encuentro con mis amigos. Quiero estudiar educación infantil. Catalunya es mi país. La comida más típica de Catalunya es el Pa amb tomàquet (pan con tomate). La danza más típica de Catalunya es la Sardana. Durante las vacaciones de navidad, hago el Pessebre. El dia 24 de diciembre celebro una tradición que es el “caga tió”. En estas vacaciones todos tenemos muchos regalos. Esa es mi vida y esta es mi presentación. Espero que te haya gustado.

Hello! My name is Maria, I’m 14 years old and I live in Berga a little city of Catalonia. I have one sister, her name is Lola she is studying at the university. I love the animals, I have 3 dogs in a camp house and one cat at home.

In my free time I go to dance classes in a gym, I like to go out with friends every afternoon, I love read, take photos, go to the cinema and go shopping.

I have one sister and one brother; they are 5 and 12 years old. My favorite color is red and my favorite foods are the chicken and the chocolate but if I must to try one of them I prefer the chocolate.

Cómo estás? Mi nombre es Fatima y tengo 15 años. Soy de Berga i estoy muy emocionada por escribirte esta carta. No sé que puedo decir pero bueno te voy a contar cuales son mis cosas favoritas, sobre mi familia…

Tengo una hermana y un hermano, de 5 y 12 años. Mi color favorito es el rojo i mis comidas favoritas son el pollo y el chocolate pero si tuviera que elegir entre ellos, prefiero el chocolate.

Adoro a la música y sin la música no puedo vivir… y también me gusta mucho cantar. Mi grupo favorito de música es One Direction y mis cantantes favoritos son Bruno Mars, Adele y Rihanna.

Los fines de semana me gusta quedar con mis amigos para ir al cine o ir de compras. Cada fin de semana voy al cine porque me encanta ver películas.

Hi! My name is Paula Soldevila and I live in Berga, Barcelona. I am only fourteen years old and I live with my parents. I like Berga a lot because it is a beautiful small city next to the mountains where you can enjoy wonderful views and you can practise a lot of different sports, for example parachuting, climbing, mountain running, cycling, etc.

Let’s talk about my family! I have got no brothers and sisters, I’m an only child. Some people think that only children are selfish and spoilt but it isn’t true, I am a hard-working person, I am organized, self-confident and responsible too.

I don’t like big dogs but I have got a little dog called Bianca. She is very beautiful and charming. I have also got two colourful birds. Their names are Jordina and Blai. They live on a big cage at my grandparents’ house

I’m a very active girl and I like practising all types of sports. Some of my friends and I often go for a walk to the top of Queralt, a mountain that is next to Berga. My favourite sports are walking, hockey and running.

When I become older, I would like to travel around de world because I like visiting new places and discovering new things. My favourite place in the world is New York because of its tall skyscrapers, its big parks, etc. Since I was young my favourite place has been New York and that’s where I would like to go someday.

Physically I have got beautiful brown eyes and long dark wavy hair. I am a little short too. I like wearing trendy clothes. About my studies, I am studying third of ESO and my high school’s name is INS Guillem de Berguedà. We have got three different classes of third, A, B and C and I go to class B. I like a lot my class because we all are friends.

Hola! Mi nombre es Paula Soldevila y vivo en Berga, Barcelona. Solo tengo catorce años y, por lo tanto, vivo con mis padres. Me gusta mucho Berga porque es una hermosa ciudad pequeña al lado de las montañas, donde se puede disfrutar de maravillosas vistas y se puede practicar una gran cantidad de deportes, por ejemplo paracaidismo, escalada, carreras de montaña, ciclismo, etc..

Vamos a hablar de mi familia! Yo no tengo hermanos ni hermanas, soy hija única. Algunas personas piensan que los hijos únicos son egoístas y mimados, pero en mi caso no es cierto, yo soy una persona muy trabajadora, organizada, segura de mi misma y responsable también.

No me gustan los perros grandes, pero tengo uno pequeño llamado Bianca. Ella es preciosa y encantadora. También tengo dos pájaros de colores. Sus nombres son Jordina y Blai. Viven en una gran jaula en casa de mis abuelos.

Soy una chica muy activa y me gusta practicar todo tipo de deportes. Algunos de mis amigos y yo vamos a menudo a dar un paseo hasta la cima de Queralt, una montaña que está al lado de Berga. Mis deportes favoritos son el hockey, correr y caminar.

Cuando sea mayor, me gustaría viajar alrededor del mundo, porque me gusta visitar nuevos lugares y descubrir cosas nuevas. Mi lugar favorito en el mundo es Nueva York, debido a sus altos rascacielos, sus grandes parques, et. Desde que era pequeña mi lugar favorito ha sido Nueva York y ahí es donde me gustaría viajar algún día.

Físicamente tengo unos hermosos ojos marrones y el cabello largo, oscuro y ondulado. Soy un poco bajita. Me gusta llevar ropa a la moda. Acerca de mis estudios, estoy estudiando tercero de la ESO y el nombre de mi instituto es INS Guillem de Berguedà. Tenemos tres clases diferentes de tercero, la A, la B y la C y yo voy a la clase B. Abril

Hello! My name is Abril and I’m fourteen years old, but I will turn fifteen in a month. I live in Berga in a big house with my parents, my younger brother and my two dogs, Ron and Gin.  Ron is the blond one and he is three years old and Gin is the dark one and she is only one year old. My younger brother is ten years old and in October he will turn eleven, I love him but we are always angry with each other for something.
I don’t have many hobbies, but I love hanging out with my friends, reading books, watching TV, listening to the music...
My dream is going to live in New York or L.A, and for this reason I’m studying English to hard, but I’m not only studying English, but I’m studying French as well, and I would like to learn more languages because I think is very funny  know a lot of languages. I would like to learn Germany, Japanese, Italian... and all the languages that I can do.
I really like travelling, I love visiting new places and go everywhere in the world. Last summer I went to Italy, and it was awesome, Italy is very beautiful, and the foot is great. I have been in France as well and it is very beautiful too, there are a lot of beautiful, big palaces, rivers, castles and houses.
In the future I would like to be a very good surgeon, and stay in a very good hospital so I can help people and heal them if they need my help.

Hola, me llamo Abril i tengo catorce años, pero voy a hacer los quince en un mes. Vivo en Berga en una casa grande con mis padres, mi hermano pequeño y mis dos perros, Ron y Gin. Ron es el rubio y tiene tres años y Gin es la oscura y tiene solo un año. Mi hermano pequeño tiene diez años y en Octubre hará los once, lo quiero mucho pero siempre estamos enfadados el uno con el otro pero alguna cosa.

No tengo muchos hobbies, pero me encanta salir con mis amigas, leer libros, mirar la TV, escuchar música…

Mi sueño es ir a vivir a Nueva York o L.A (Los Ángeles), y por esa razón estoy estudiando Inglés muy duro, pero no estoy solo estudiando Inglés, sino que estoy estudiando Francés también, y me gustaría aprender más lenguas porque pienso que es muy divertido saber muchas lenguas. Me gustaría aprender Alemán, Japonés, Italiano… y todas las lenguas que pueda hacer.

Me gusta mucho viajar, i me encanta visitar nuevos lugares e ir a todas partes del mundo. El verano pasado fui a Italia y fue increíble, Italia es muy bonita y la comida es genial. He estado en Francia también y es muy bonita también, hay muchos palacios, ríos, casteles y casas bonitas y grandes.

En el futuro me gustaría ser una muy buena cirujana, y estar en un buen hospital para poder ayudar a la gente y curarlos si necesitan mi ayuda.

Hi there! My name is Jordi Biarnés Belso , I’m 15 years old and I study 3rd of ESO at the Guillem de Bergueda high school. I live in Berga, a little town in the province of Barcelona, in Spain. I used to live in Barcelona but I moved to Berga because is where my father lived when he was young and where my grandparents live. I speak Catalan, Spanish and I’m learning English. I play tennis and I go jogging when I can. I like reading books and I used to play the piano but I gave up because I didn’t like it, though I would like to play it again. I would like to be a pilot because I would like to travel around the world, or a writer, because I like to invent stories. I would also like to live in another country, but I don’t know where could i move to.

I would like to participate in the exchange  in order to meet new people and learn about their culture, and for practice talking English and help other people learn Spanish.

Hola! Me llamo Jordi Biarnés Belso, tengo 15 años y estudio 3º de Eso en el instituto Guillem de Bergueda. Vivo en Berga, una pequeña ciudad de la provincia de Barcelona. Antes vivía en Barcelona pero me mudé a Berga porque es donde mi padre vivió de pequeño y donde viven mis abuelos. Hablo Catalán, Castellano y estoy aprendiendo inglés. Juego a tenis y voy a correr cuando puedo. Me gusta leer libros y solía tocar el piano pero lo dejé porque no me gustaba, aunque ahora me gustaría volver a tocarlo. De mayor me gustaria ser piloto de avión porque me gustaria viajar por todo el mundo o escritor porque me gusta inventarme historias. También me gustaría ir a vivir a otro país pero no sé a qué país podría ir.

Hello, my name is Sonia and I'm 15 years old. I'm from Berga, and i Like it because in the winter the wather is cold but not much and in summer the weather it's good. Berga has got very beautiful views, too.  I have got dark and long hair and brown eyes. I’m not very tall.  I haven’t got any brothers and sisters but I have got a dog. Her name is Lluna and it’s very nice and intelligent. I have got a lot of different and amazing hobbies. I love sport and so, I go to the gym every day and I play paddle, too. When I was five years old I began to play a music instrument, the piano and now I still play it. I like it so much!  My favourtie music is flaix fm but there are some other songs that I like them.  I love fashion and go shopping, too. At the High School I usually wear blue or black jeans and a sweater or a T-shirt.  At the weekends I like to meet my friends and go to the cinema or walk in the street. Sometimes we go to the concerts, too. I like it very much. I don’t like study but I like take good marks and therefore, I must study.

Hola, soy Sonia y tengo 15 años. Soy de Berga y me gusta porque en invierno hace frío pero no mucho y en verano el clima es bueno. También tiene unas vistas bonitas. Tengo el pelo largo y oscuro con ojos marrones. No soy muy alta. No tengo ni hermanos ni hermanas, pero tengo un perro. Se llama Luna y es muy bonita e inteligente. Hello, my name is Laia, I am fiveteen years old, I am a quiet girl I love to have fun with my friends and meet new people. I am tall and thin, I have brown and curly hair, my eyes are brown and I love fashion. I was born in Berga but I live in small town next to Berga called Avià, It has got 2.000 habitants, it is small but very nice and very quiet. I live in a house in the center of the town.

My parents are Ramon and Teresa, and I also have one sister. Her name is Marta, she is nineteen years old and she is studying at University of Barcelona. I have one pet, it is a rabbit and its name is Boleta. I love the animals, my favorite one is the dog.

I like going to school, my favorite subjects are: English, Art, P.E and Biology. My favorite day is Friday because every Friday I go swimming with my friend Paula. I enjoy doing sport, I like running, swimming, playing basketball and in winter I love skiing. I usually go to France with my family and we practice ski. Hi, my name is Miquel Masanas, I’m 14 years old and I live in Berga. I study in Guillem de Berguedà, I’m on the third of the ESO.  I live in my house with my parents. I have one brother, who lives in Barcelona during the week, because he studies in the university there. I play tennis since I was six, for six hours a week, and I also study French, German and English. I like all kind of music, but I prefer classic rock and pop rock.  I like comedies, such as The Big Bang Theory, How I met your mother, two and a half men, the Simpsons, and many others. I also like playing computers games. I love technology. I enjoy hanging up with my friends, reading, doing sport, … I use to go to my grandparents house in Saldes, a little village under a mountain called Pedraforca. It’s a very nice place. I love a festivity in Berga called Patum. It is from Wednesday to Sunday, and people from all over the country come to enjoy it.  I love this festivity.

Hola, me llamo Miquel Masanas, tengo 14 años y vivo en Berga. Estudio en el instituto Guillem de Berguedà, ahora mismo estudio 3ro de la ESO. Vivo en  una casa con mis padres y mi hermano, aunque él se pasa la semana en la universidad en Barcelona. Juego al tenis desde pequeño, y además aprendo inglés, francés y alemán. Me gustan casi todos los tipos de música, pero sobretodo pop rock y rock clásico.  Me interesa mucho entrar en el programa de intercambios para conocer nuevos países y porque quiero, ya que me gusta mucho, viajar. Me gustan sobretodo las series de humor, como The Big Bang Theory, How I met your mother, two and a half men, y otras como  the simpsons or family dad. Me gustan los videojuegos, y pasar el rato en el ordenador, pero también quedar con mis amigos e ir por la ciudad. Suelo pasar los fines de semana en casa de  mis abuelos en Saldes, un pueblo pequeño a la base de una montaña muy bonita llamada Pedraforca. Una de las fiestas más importantes de mi ciudad es la Patum, que dura cinco días, y vienen personas de todos lados a disfrutar esta fiesta que me encanta.
